Alissa is an experienced jazz performer and spent a large portion of her time at Berklee College of Music studying vocal jazz. She has been greatly influenced by the classic works of Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday and Carmen McRae. Broadway musicals have had a large impact on her vocal style, giving her a deep range of emotion to draw from.
